There are a number of distractions. Her heel at the edge is neither in nor out of the frame, doesn't really add anything to the story. The fit of the thong, camera angle, and the way her legs are spread are creating some unnatural body lines. Another line is created by the edge of the towel at the upper edge of the frame. It appears haphazard.

I am not sure about the concept of putting a thermometer in her thong. The execution makes it overtly sexual. I think it would be more interesting to see her eyes, maybe put the thermometer in her top. This feels more medical than sexy to me.
