Description Premium Commission for , another of my long-time commissioners, who I've been lucky to work with several times before~!

I had intended to finish this just in time for Valentine's Day, but it looks like it's just one day late~!
These two represent Lamish and her boyfriend. She commissioned the work as a gift to both of them, which I found very sweet~!

These two remind me of the dogs from the animated (yet adult/mature story) movie "Plague Dogs". I was surprised it wasn't them! (: Great lighting.

Yes it's good, but very sad. :C It's about dogs who were victims of cruel animal testing. The whole movie is on YouTube though if you want to watch it. (:

Oh my gosh I'm going to have to go and watch that while I'm working on plushes, it's nice to have something interesting to watch when I'm sewing! I've heard that it's good, so it's about time I see it!

I totally saw this when you uploaded it, but now I'm going through my inbox and saw it again, and I just had to comment XD
I really love the colours you use, and the lines. The way you draw all swirly little bits and details like the flowers and bits of grass is really so pretty and gives your works such charm. And character interaction, oh wow, I know thats a personal hardship for myself, but you handled it just so splendidly here.

D'awww I love the warmth and love in this painting, it literally radiates out of the screen. Background is my favorite part of the painting, particularly the patches of greenery the two characters are standing/lying on :3 Nice job!

I've already told you how much I ADORE this! I can't get over it! This means a lot to me.. I'll treasure it forever.. You did such an amazing job on the whole concept. It's more than I asked for. I can't thank you enough... Just wow..

The background is what I pictured it to be... The colours, the moon, night sky, trees, etc. My BF even set the picture as his BG on his computer.

You don't know how happy it makes me that you and your boyfriend love this so much together! I was so hoping I'd portray you and him in a way you could imagine/identify with, but I didn't want it to be too cheesy or overly lovey-dovey. I thought this pose found the mark of just the right amount of sweetness.

Also, I cannot even BEGIN to tell you the amount of fun I had working with the BG! When I'm given creative freedom, I often pump out all my favourite colors and make them work together successfully; it's loads of fun!

Again, thank you SO much for commissioning me! I hope you and your BF will enjoy this artwork for a long, long time!

I like bringing people's concepts to life, but I always prefer the freedom of working with my own concept; it's just so much more free form, and I feel I do my best work when given scant guidelines and little direction.

Well that sounds awesome, I shall look foreword to it!

Well I'm happy you enjoyed the freedom. I actually prefer the artist to come up with their own concept, depending on their creativity. Your drawings are always so magical, so I absolutely LOVE seeing what you come up with!!

This is so beautiful, Gin! ♥ I love their faces, and as always the background is breathtaking. All those gorgeous little details-- like the little leaves and clovers and that soft, warm moonlight glow-- give the scene a very natural beauty. I could continue to point out all the different things I love in this (and it would be a very long list, hee hee), but the piece as a whole is very sweet and I can't tear my eyes away from it!

I LOVE a forest scene!
All the tree roots and clover leaves and cushy moss; I get to draw it all to my heart's content.

I always enjoy working on my commissions, but this one was especially fun because the client gave me lots of free reign~!
