my god...this has officially become my FAVORITE piece of Homestuck fanart, because I actually cried over this.Β
I have not once cried over a piece of fanart, for any fandom, even my first fandom, Hetalia. This here had me just SOBBING.Β
It's gorgeous though, really, because of the emotions it captures.Β
The whole thing that really gets to me about this piece is the title. Because, since he's blind, all Sollux hears is the silence, and Karkat's crying. He doesn't know what's going on, but he can tell something's just...wrong.
And I actually gasped so loudly when I noticed Terezi, my Dad had to ask what was wrong.Β
