Finally managed to get close to a rabbit in the Forest. This seemed totally oblvious to my presence after i had alread disturbed it once.Nikon D300 + Nikon AF-S 200-400mm f/4 VR IF ED G + Nikon TC-14EII

I really like the fact that you have captured the rabbit with grass in the foreground it makes the image seem more appealing in my opinion and make the rabbit seem better placed.

This is great. I love the foreground (even if other don't) it works really well - nothing important is covered it just give such a sense of place.

It's a great shot and all the better by having some of the wabbits natural habitat included.
I've found that rabbits that don't run away usually have mixy. Do you think this could be the case here (even though it doesn't have the telltale swollen eyes, it could be in the early stages)?

nah its not got mixy. The rabbit originally saw me and pegged it but i stood around for a while watching it munch some grass and tehn just commando crawled towards it lol
