Really nicely done. I think the lighting and the layout of the piece really makes it sing, and it certainly helps that the guy himself is quite the hunk. As someone else said though, I think that tree on the left feels a little out of place, and I think by simply cropping that out (and, if I'm being picky, using a blur tool or re-rendering with a DoF effect to soften the rather low-rez background) the balance of the image would be improved.

Lost a finger, I see. While nice I think that the artificial straightness of the tree on the side disracts, while the eyes could have had hair, mask, something of that sort around it.
