Her story:
Specially designed to kill with cuteness, though she can't carry most weapons mostly because she has a high school girl body, created in Japan 1945 but exported after the war ended. She is still being impulsed by her orders to expand Japan as the empire she was created to make it be. Her jacket was a gift from a pilot who of course wanted to date the only neko in existence, but as any respectable tsundere got angry about the offering. For 70 years she has been enclosed in her cryo-tube at the secret instalation 13 but now with the impulsive attempt of enclosed rarities escaping, she is now free to attempt escaping and start the new global order. Armed with the first weapon she found, she is now pulling her way out... as she can.

Why?:
As the title says I am outlining a game and programming a game, and now I have the possibility to add characters that can contain too many deviantart people. The anime comunity on... Pretty much the entire internet, is vast and rich, but filled with girls even further from what human eyes can see. Then there are anime girls with powerful weapons and I am using that.

His main kit should include:
(She will carry weapons with no decrease of speed but her animations will make her hold them with both hands and shoulder as if she needed smaller weapons)
An ability to project an hologram to distract enemies;
Regular speed only two hearts but two extra energy shields;
And A Snipper as main weapon;
