The highlights on her eyes indicate a light source that is in the middle of her forehead and make her look derpy.
For de-derpification, reverse the highlights on one of the eyes so that the light is coming from a single direction.
Or, you know, don't. Is all good.

Maybe changing the treble clef to a bass clef
I know her cutie mark is a treble clef, but it is a bass instrument she's playing.
The little swirly part of the clef sign should also wrap around the second line from the bottom (the G on the staff)
