Well, I don't know what the song is about, but the first thing which came into my mind when I first saw your photo was that there's a killer hidden in each of us. Some let it out easily, some have to experience a trauma like the violent death of someone loved or extreme fear etc. Even if people don't actually do something like that, just the thought of doing it is an evidence that, in the end, there's a killer in everyone.
