More then likely either a Melta bomb, a Devastator with a Multi-Melta, or a vehicle with some form of Melta weapon.

I enjoy the colour choices a lot! There is something not quite right going on with the perspective on the storm bolter. In relation to the positioning of the armour and the gun itself the muzzle section appears to twist slightly towards the "camera".
