an Idea MetaJoker gave me to draw for him, Rainbow Dash exceeded my expectations but Fluttershy...well Fluttershy is just too adorable

The only reason the Sonic Rainbow was because of the color of RD's tail and mane. Considering the colors of Fluttershy's tail and mane, the Sonic Flutterboom would be pink with a light yellow on the inside. As I recall, everypony makes a tail of pink and yellow butterflies as a trail after the Sonic Flutterboom is preformed, like Rainbow Dash has a trail of rainbows.
My theory proved.

No, it's always Rainbow Colored - the sonic rainboom is it's own color no matter what pony makes it, it has nothing to do with the pony himself/herself. If it was based on the color of the pony Rainbow Dash could have proved that she had done one when she was younger, and in the original version she was a completly different pony.
