Description
To state that clear - this is no self portrait where I whine about how horrible I am, it has a concept that many people should/can relate to.
I don't get it. Why is it so unsharp? It looked so fine when I imported it but as I edited it GIMP, it looked so blurried. 
I start to get really frustrated with RAW and all that stuff.anyway, hope you can somehow figure the concept of this by yourself - I am in a bad mood right now and not really wanting to explain anything, sorry.

as for the unsharpness, I also noticed that lately DA makes my photos look blurry too

it actually wasn't dA - as I opened it in GIMP (after transforming it from RAW to TIF), there was a huge lack of sharpness.

Hab mir das Bild mal runtergeladen und in der Vollansicht sieht das wirklich ein wenig komisch aus. Hast du noch irgend einen Filter drüber laufen lassen, der irgend eine Textur enthält? Bzw. hast du nochmal irgendwie versucht, zu schärfen?

Also diesmal war es so -
Ich hab das Bild in RAW gemacht, bei diesem RAW Program leicht bearbeiten und dann als TIF 8-bit zu GIMP exportiert, weil letztes mal TIF 16-Bit konnte ich nicht bei GIMP speichern und dann bearbeiten, das hat GIMP nicht gespeichert.
Als ich das 8-bit bei GIMP geöffnet habe, war das Bild dann komisch unscharf (in RAW war es gestochen scharf) und dann hab ich natürlich versucht, es zu schärfen. Dadurch kommt dieses komische Rauschen. :/
Außerdem, was CR2 als Datei? Ich kann mir die Fotos bei picasa total gut angucken, also da ist das durchgucken praktisch gemacht, aber alle RAW Dateien sind da plötzlich CR2 ... ich bin so verwirrt.

.CR2 ist die normale Dateiendung einer Canon-RAW-Datei. So schaut das bei mir auch aus
Speicherst du immer mit 8 Bit ab? Oder nur bei deinen Schwarz/Weiß-Bildern?
Achja: Und Kopf hoch! Wenn du eine Weile mit RAW-Dateien arbeitest, läuft das auch. Das sind eben die Anfangsprobleme, bis man den Dreh raus (: Deine Bilder sind aber so oder so toll (:

When those are blinded by negative feelings they forget to accept themselves for who they are. Well that's the concept I get from this raw image. It's a beautiful photograph nonetheless. You did a marvelous job
