Yeah,Β it wasn't until after I had posted my question, I had remembered that you said that Celestia was the element of patience. Which brings up this question: When did Celestia start to bear patience as opposed to Magic? Or was she never the true bearer of Magic, merely using it because she's the freakin' Princess and is pretty dang powerful, and just waiting (hence patience) for the true bearer to come?

Perhaps. Celestia may be powerful enough to bear two elements at once. Luna did say to Twilight that Celestia was "the most magical pony in all of Equestria".

Wait, how can Kindness and Empathy be the same if Sunset shimmer's is Empathy? (Ex: Empathy has a canon elemental gem-shard / necklace in Equestria girls, that cannonly came from pony equestria, we only know the name of it thanks to a interview)Β

Personally, I go with this because that's what I came up with five years ago when I made the first comics. I didn't know about Sunset (I've actually never heard that), but I also don't accept Equestria Girls as canon so *shrug*

Ahhh, I guess that's fair, but I'd just be careful with the "Not accepting Equestria Girls as canon" thing, as they do seem to be hinting at the possibility of some sorta Climax with Sunset coming back / Meeting the ponies... Or at least meeting Starlight. Β

(Gotta Say, Sunset and Twilight are my fav ponies, Sunset has really grown on me, and i'm just kinda "Ehhh" how their trying to re-do that with Starlight)

Maybe, I mean in the comic that explains Sunset's origins, does have the mirror hint at the fact she is destined to become a princess.... Now if the comic is canon or not is the question, as, well, most the comics tends to contradict each other.Β
(Though it does seem as though that Sunset is supposed to be the "Celestia" Sun to Twilight's "Luna" Moon, only with their stories switched.)

I think the Mirror was trying to warn Sunset or at least show where her ambition was going to lead her (aka a reflection of a possible but unrealized future where Sunset is an Alicorn but living a very unhappy life). If Sunset were to look into the mirror to see her reflection now, I'm sure she'd see a much different reflection (aka herself as the phoenix princess of Equestria living a very happy life surrounded by friends, family, and loved ones).

Yeah, it's a bit hard to adapt your Ponyverse to Hasbro's Ponyverse especially when Hasbro keeps adding stuff. While I do love Sunset Shimmer (seriously, BEST PONY/HUMAN!) I think that you should go with whatever works best for your Ponyverse Nimster dude.

Well this series was made long before Equestria Girls and Sunset's element. Β Personally, I think it's easier to think of Sunset's element as being "Forgiveness."

Yes but remember that Nimster's Ponyverse was created over five years ago and when he did that he had already established Winter Willow / Fluttershy as the element of empathy. Kinda hard to retcon your own Ponyverse especially after you've put so much love and work into it.

Yeah, someone had asked what would Sunset's Element of Harmony would be, and it was said to be Empathy, and low and behold, Legend of Everfree does the thing 'bout a year or two later, with making the Element of Harmony shards come from equestria, and changing their colors and giving sunset mind-reading powers to get straight to the point of the problem.Β
