Well HELLO, second pic on one day, I SHOULD have studied, but this took a grip on me *shrughs head*As requested by The Doctor and the Master involved in something slashy XD Well... for the slash, it's a bit to little, one might think, seeing as it's nothing more than the acctual show gives us... (tells you more about the show than me >__>) But still, I think it reflects their relationship pretty well... you never know if they're going to kill each other or make out next XD
As for the light in the background of the tardis... I don't know XD The voices in my head told me to put it there *__*

The light is there because it reflects their enlightenment about each other. The Master needs adoration, putting him at the mercy of the Doctor. That's why the Master must keep the Doctor in his place. The Doctor has seen the light about who rules and is about to surrender completely. But the Master needs the Doctor's anger as well as his adoration and like a god is breathing anger back into the Doctor. These two have issues and they do not ever want them resolved. That's true love.
