And with settings for scattering brush, I've written a bit here: [link] but I don't really have any particular settings, it depends. I just do everything what is needed to make it draw little dots all over the place xD You can see tutorial about brushes which I gave you to read about which settings I often use.

Hey thanks, ill DEFINITLY take a look at it, yes i am busy on something,but its my 1st time i draw on a tablet, im used to draw on paper haha, but for a 1st time its going really well, ill post it within a week a reckon, though i do have trouble with making the hair look "real"
