The sculpt is nice, though I am seeing a few problems with the muscle structure. You've really carved in the deltoid with some very heavy lines, but I can't see the brachialis at all and the bicep looks a bit short.
I'm guessing you've had a look at arm muscle charts, but if not, here's a link to one I like: [link]
I am also guessing it's a style choice to use the clay strips brush in ZBrush, but it's a bit like using a default plugin in photoshop, it's a bit obvious what you've done
