Description
This is the last model I'll be releasing for a little while, because after this, I'll be zipping up and stowing away my MMD until after the school year. Maybe I'll come back for Christmas break.Anyway, meet TDA Ruby! She's the first model I've made with a female base other than 2234083174's because nobody names their materials and bones on the English side it's a pain in the arse to go fix all that I had a bodacious/lust/aphrodisiac, royal, possibly conceited idea going when I thought up her design, so she's my haughtiest and most well-endowed model to date. *shot* Personality-wise, I kinda want her resembling Meiko.
Go look up ruby gemstone symbology if you want to see where her personality and concept came from.
I was surprised at how much cleanup work I still had to do since my last WIP , but that's all been settled now. I just gave her those sunglasses too; the morph to control them goes to 100% opacity at 1.0 effectiveness, so you can tone it down for a more transparent lens, as I've done here. She debuts in Sasa no ha Sarara.
I also decided to try out the Xvid codec for the first time since my usual method seems not to be working now. Blasted WMM decided not to accept UT codec videos... How's the clarity now?

One of the rules on the official TDA Miku DL on BowlRoll prohibits "acts that make owners and users uncomfortable/cause inconvenience". VR Chat falls into that camp for my Nintendo fan models (any Pokemon and Fire Emblem model EXCEPT Young Nyna and Young Camus), as I'm uncomfortable with the idea of people taking them in there and doing OOC if not R-18 things with them that could cause Nintendo to come knocking. I have no problem with Ruby and my other non-Nintendo/OC models bring imported (you've commented on Ruby).
Your latest journal, "Excuse MMDCommunity BUUT Please Read! ", seems to posit a contradictory idea (to your comment), that TDA does NOT allow porting of model data into any non-MMD program, including VR Chat (so it's a little odd that you're the one telling me this XD), but SINcerelyAna's comment on that journal links to a page on TDA's blog that allows such importation 100% for original characters and with caveats for characters based on cartoons/etc. Again, I allow my OC models to be imported to VR Chat, but not my Nintendo models.

mistress: Nintendo, it doesn't matter if you are alright with it, the base is still owned by the original creator of said base. Since you didn't create anything that is on that model, they are still 100% owned by said creators of the stuff you've used to make this model. It's not your model completely hun. In the TDA readme rules it states to ONLY use the TDA models on MMD program NOT no other programs. Look:
until the creator of the model TDA say's it's fine, you can allow it because the creator said it's fine. But until than you cannot do no such thing because you're breaking the creators rules. That...that doesn't contradictory my comment at all..i was legit stating the same thing. I was just telling you that you cannot do this but in a different word manner. So??. The creator never answered those questions at all..it was someone from the japanese mmd community. He/She even states to ask the creator first for such things that you wish to do on the VRChat, hence it makes it noticeable that the one who made the post is completely unsure whether TDA allows it or not
(Example of what they said: 'However, if you use it as it is, it depends on Krypton's judgment as it is in the form of Hatsune Miku' TDA created Hatsune Miku in his own image, so if he is unsure if that hatsune miku model can be ported onto VRChat than do you really want to go ahead and do willy nilly and allow others to port TDA models onto VRChat without TDA consent at all)
So i suggest you not go towards a post that wasn't made by the creator rather wait until someone legit asks TDA their self on this whole VRChat if he allows it now. But until than his rules are straight to the point to not use his creation on any other programs ONLY use it on MMD. Not VRChat. Again their not your models, you didn't create none of the things you've used on your models, you basically Frankenstein which allot of people do it on the mmdc which i do as well but at least i know that i don't own nothing that i make on my models. It is originally owned by the creators of well everything that you've used on said model

mistress: Yes that's my point, you cannot use TDA models at ALL on different platforms. Yeah i never stated that, and that doesn't make no sense what you said right there, how is 'you can't allow no one to import' equals to 'you must/should allow import' that sounds confusing as heck

Okay, then I'll just revise my OC model rules to say "no importing anywhere outside of MMD". And grammatically in English, a double negative statement (cannot not, don't not, etc.) means a positive (can, allowed to). It's like how multiplying two negative numbers makes a positive number; see here: examples.yourdictionary.com/ex… That's why I got confused on your first comment.

mistress: it still doesn't matter, i'm downloading his legit updated model that he uploads on bowlrol first before on here and it STILL has that rule on the readme itself.
See the difference is that about that cited official tda blog that the creator of TDA did not even make a post about you being able to use his TDA models onto VRChat, i mean like what is so hard to understand this?? If the creator doesn't approve of it, understand his wishes, don't try to fight back by going by someone who isn't the creator of TDA at all, post. The heck, it's legit rude as heck
if you want more proof than here go to this site instructed by the creator of TDA: piapro.jp/license/pcl/summary go to that page and you'll see that it has legit license that tells you more, and i've read it before. It never states to use their model outside of MMD at all

My intention is not to offend. Several people asked to use my models on VR Chat and some TDA modelers allow it, so I thought to compromise by allowing VR Chat on OC models only. My Nintendo fan models were never allowed to be exported. If the rule prevents any exporting at all, that's fine by me and I'll update.

The creator goes by well what the base is called TDA. That's his nickname. Those other people that used TDA bases aren't even the creators either. That's the thing v n v;. I was trying to help you understand that it's breaking tda rules lol, but thank you for understanding. Please do update your rules on what people can and can't do on said model

Please don't use her under a name change. If you make your own model who resembles Ruby but not exactly, I wouldn't mind, but simply using the model and character I made under a different name is too low effort.
