I am happy for the way I made her skirt!
Re-uploaded with some changes and layout.
Tools: PS CS3, Lineart with the mouse (argh) and colouring with the tablet!

I edited this one. It's an old work and earlier she had her glasses stolen by a small devil! But later I removed the devil and gave back Velma her glasses!

Notice that Velma is more busty than the other girl whose name I can't remember....But Velma is kinda short, nerdy and unfashionable (typical nerd).....and she has terrible eyes. People can take advantage of it like in this one
