Oh, no. I don't have to worry about this actually. Here on Brazil the best universitys are public and since they are financed by either the state or the country we don't have to pay from our own money ;v;
(but it's like- a million times harder to get in one though. Especially courses like medicine, law and any engineering.
I had a hard time those last three years because of this. but since I'm already registered I don't have a problem now ;v; )
