These Japanese Cherry (Prunus Serrulata) bloom once a year for one to two weeks. Last year i missed this short time slot.
To make sure this won´t happen once more, i marked my calendar. It needed several attemps about some days at different time of day to get a picture with some good weather conditions, no parking cars or other disturbing factors.
So altogether this picture was a little challenge to me and reminds me about this years spring! … and of course the challenge will continue next year
