Well, those two look like Caterina Sforza and Isaak von Kempfer. Actually their names are also Caterina and Isaak. But this is not a pairing (though I assume they could be a nice couple) but brother and sister.And this art is for my soul-brother Isaak from Russian TB fandom.

Oh my! 
First I guess I should comment on Caterina and Isaak themselves! Caterina look gorgeous as always. I've always thought she was very beautiful, and I envy her hair! I wish my hair could look as pretty as hers 
Secondly, that background is absolutely terrific! It has this sort of fantasy feel to it, and the buds on the tree are so pretty. Actually, I'm just amazed that you can draw characters sitting on something and make it look very nice! I can't do that! I'm trying though.

тени на лице поярче надо рисовать. вот ладошка Исаака хорошо прорисована. так же и с лицами надо.
Очень настроение романтичное у картинки понравилось, восхищаюсь фоном!

С рукой Исаака все-равно косяк, хотя не так, как было. Зверски начинает не хватать натуры.

This is incredibly beautiful. My favorite part is certainly the background, I love the subtle pinks and yellows and oranges.
