My suggestions:
- I really like the apple-logo on center of softkey, it should be on the all softkeys.
- The desktop title should be the all title small, that's good looking.
- Maybe the highlights should looking better without black stroke, or with a kind of blue.
Otherwise very great design, i like it!

I tried with apple - logo on center of softkey, but this theme will be multinational. For example, with polish version of software, many options are too long...
