Just read some of the comments on this DD - there is a lot of visual art chosen for a DD but not so much quick and short sayings such as this - small poems and sayings should be represented more

agreed, especially when they speak so much with little words effectively

It is difficult to condense ideas in such a way. I congratulate the writer on this

I wish that I'd written that. (Six words also, but.......).

I adore it, the pure simplicity is the strength of it. Such a message in so little words. Wonderful work, awesome DD.

It's nice, but I can't see how this got a daily deviation.

Because they need literature deviations and no one likes to read?

Because it's a quality example of micro fiction. (And I do love to read.)

Lol, probably true.
Plus, it's a lot more time consuming to shift through the bad poetry and short fiction than it is to sort through the bad pictures and drawings.

Very good piece- reminds me of the classic "shortest sad story" (For Sale. Baby Shoes. Never Worn). Short, (bitter)sweet, and to the point. Well done.

Amazing short story. I doubt, as with the work above, wether any greater amount of words could transmit the same message and intensity of feeling.

This is so extremely powerful and shaking that it just makes emotions bubble to the surface.

Gorgeous. It reminds me of Hemingway. I've always wanted to take a shot at a six word story but I've just never had the inspiration to do it. Perhaps some day, though. I can do a lot with a lot of words, but this is a challenge unto itself...

The 6 words create a picture, which is a 1000 more words. c: I love this!

This reminds me of that six-word story Ernest Hemingway wrote; "For sale; baby shoes, never worn." So many meanings in both, so many questions.

Minimalism when worded correctly can say so much. And this confirmation of loneliness through a change in a relationship proves it.
If means a lot to me because in my own personal life: change was never a positive.
