so much work went into this, believe me. But it was freakin worth it! After having seen the awesome second HTTYD this is my tribute to the fantastic animators over there at Dreamworks!
Yaay animations again! This time all painted in TV Paint
There's 70 frames in total with about 30 drawings.(i friggin love animating wings okay)
So yeah, words of encouragement are always welcome and maybe I will torture bless your eyes with more animations soon! If you can't wait that long, check out my gallery in the meantime
Toothless belongs to Dreamworks (sniff)
OH and this is another animation of a Night Fury that I did, but traditionally (every frame is hand drawn on a single sheet of paper)

aaaaa thank you so much! I love wing flaps to death hnnnng they are so satsifactory! Also when animating them I sit in front of my computer and flap my arms haha
OHMY thanks! If so, do you maybe have some really cool ideas what i could animate next? I bet you do! I thought about the Orcadragons since they are really cool but animating water/oceans is SO hard and I actually feel more like doing something without much background work

omg animating orca dragons would be sO COOL I would scream. You wouldn't have to do any background stuff, dw xD but it's all up to you!
Animating flying in general sounds fun in my head, so maybe more flying stuff? Hmm how about like playing with perspective, starting off with a close up of a dragon/bat/bird's head, then the camera moves around the head and then heads round the back of the dragon/bat/bird and you see it dive, dip and swerve and stuff. Idk it sounds cool in my head but not so much when I describe it

We do a scene of an Orcadragon and he is flying like Toothless in this: www.youtube.com/watch?v=oX69NS… (IN THE END, FRONT VIEW MAN)
but intead of flying between rocks
he flies between ice shards and ice tower-thingies that stick out of the water and YAHH
So I do animation and you paint some ice thingies and rock thingies and I put them in and he can fly between them and do tricks
