it's still being written.
The draft that I'm working on is being posted up in the Relicnews forums' studio, though only one person has commented on it.

Why is it posted in RelicNews? Is it relic-related? How is that legal?

Um... because I'm a member there and I wanted to share it? It's in their studio forum, but not in their fan-works section.
Relicnews is not an official part of relic as far as I'm aware, and they don't have some crazy legal laws saying they own things posted on their forums (like the SFB crowd :\ )

OK, just curious if it was related. Mind sharing the link? Don't know if I could make my way through a whole novel on a computer screen but I'd like to check it out.
(Yeah I'm pretty sure RelicNews is unofficial)

In all seriousness, why would you regret it?
It's in my firefox bar now, will look at it when I have the time... it's really long! I think my 4-hour car trip next week is a good time

The occasional obsessive fan might show up and hound me through various ways- I've already had it happen and I can't find a polite way of telling them to back off. Most of the DA people are ok though. Most.
Bear in mind that it is a rough draft. Some parts are striken out (because I HAD to write them for timed writes) and some things might be discarded. It's really a schizophranic writing process without a tight outline. I left it vauge this year to have some wiggle-room (and didn't define any characters), but it might not be as cohesive as one desires. After all, battles don't begin until chapter six, and even then I feel like I rushed TO them for the sake of action and story and making words.

How draw such good things like this? I really want to try draw robots and droids.

With many years of drawing instead of astute study during high school. All I can recommend is practice. At first I replicated the familiar forms of Gundam and other robots before branching out on my own and experimenting.
It will take time, but that's how I got as good as I did.

FOR THE EMPRAH!
...
I'm terribly sorry about that. I just couldn't help it.

Urgh, I know what you mean. But despite your problems, you made a really hot mech - he means business doesn't he.
Best of luck Norse, don't give up.

sweet, more action angles, though I'm wondering if the rifle shoots bullets, if so, is it just over simplified to show too many details like magazine, and the axel's reserve magazines?

There isn't much to the contained assault rifles. I think the magazine reloads in the back.
Though whether or not the cannon-fodder KR-14A is equipped to actually store spare clips is another matter altogether.

Yea, I figured that it was likely bullpup with the mag behind the trigger.
Spare magazines could easily be stashed in a dispensing compartment on the axel's back.
At least that is what I have done when making one. =\
Either way, bullets are a lot cheaper than making an axel, so why not give them more, just in case they need it.

I didn't put a place on the KR-14 for stashing spare magazines. I then figured this wouldn't be something that concerned the UEPC for the KR-14.
As a compromise most pilots and ground crews stick spare magazines anywhere within reach on the armor. This means, of course, that some pilots are walking around with live ammunition on their hulls. The tradeoff is more shots.

Probably adhesives. Or Duck-tape. Lots of it for this scale.
