Hello there! I am from I am here to go over the good , what needs work , and what you can add to your work. i will do my best to give you some helpful advice as I go.
The good:
The overall design looks pretty nice. The color pallet works very well as often greens work very well with blues. I think the hues of the colors work well together as they are eye catching but are not overly bright causing strain. The shade of brown for the trousers look nice too , although I would either advise a more darker brown shade or a lighter kaki to the shade used now, other than that , the rest looks pretty nice. The blues and yellows clash nicely against each other , making one another pop. He certainly looks like a griffin , so you succeeded at capturing the look of an anthro one. there is fur and feather definition which is a nice touch and shows texture , although i would alter some strokes or patters to distinguish the fur from the feathers as griffins usually have both. But that is an artistic choice and is up to you. You have a nice cell shading style, it tends to remind me of colored comic style even though cell shading is used in many different forms of art. The shading looks fairly clean, and is good for showing the contrast of lights and shadows on the character.Lastly ,I found it rather nice that you gave the forearms the bird skin and gave the bottom legs that of more mammalian features to further indicate that this is a griffin character .Rather cute with an interesting fur/feather pattern.
What needs work:
Something I would suggest is changing the color of the wing tips to more of a darker or lighter hue of theΒ blue on the main body a complimentary yellow. An Ivory or a white color would work too.The more aqua or turquoise blue doesn't blend now clash all that well against the rest of the body's colors and seems a tad out of place. (Now keep in mind , I know it is a commission so this may go to the owner's design and not so much your art skill , if so than feel free to disregard that last bit of advice. However , if you designed this character for someone else than it may be good to consider.) I would have positioned the wings differently as well. The character looks like they were just tucking them in, like the awkward pose a bird takes as they are either about to take off or are about to relax their wings. It would be good to put them in more of a relaxed pose since the character's posture suggests a more laid-back or casual state and not one suggesting immediate action. Lastly ,the shading's position looks a bit mixed. Like, what direction is the light coming from? In some parts of the shading , it suggests the light is in front of the character, in others it suggests an overhead light.
Overall:
If i have made any mistakes , let me know. Overall , this is an interesting looking character. Not to light and not to loud , just right.Β I would put a bit more detailing in the feathers/fur among a few other things. The character's design stands up very well. I hope this helps and if you have any questions feel free to ask me.^ ^

Thanks for the comment! The owner of the character came up with the design, but other than that, I appreciate the advice!
