ugh, i love this. i'm so jealous of the people who use acrylics. for some reason i feel like i just can't accomplish acrylics, because i haven't used them for so long. i'm almost scared to try. i think it's been 6 years. man that's a long time. and i'm getting sick of oils.
but, enough of that, this is just gorgeous. i love the detail and the lighting

Yeah I know exactly how that feels. I used to be afraid of oils ans acrylics too. But then I got stubborn and gave it another shot, and after a while I got used to them and learned how the behave 
Actually, I prefer oils nowadays. I think that I can achieve the right mood and techniques, than if I made the same subject with acrylics.
