She feels slightly younger than the woman referenced, but your shading and technique is quite good as always. the only thing I can really suggest are with the pants, the lines aren't so much folds as they are a result of bleach marks to make the jeans feel more stylized. Here they feel more like actual folds which throws me off a little, but otherwise, this is a beautiful sketch and you got the hair down perfectly.

Well, to be fair... the bleach marks were made by folding the jeans a certain way at some point in time.
