I'm not very fond of the idea of Dracula transforming into a beast. Ideally, he should be scary enough in his normal state (normal for him, that is) such as in the Hammer movies, but you at least managed to avoid making him look too alien like in Blade Trinity or Castlevania: Circle of the Moon.
Francis Ford Coppola's Dracula and Van Helsing probably gave us the best representation of a beastly Dracula and it looks like you took a cue from them. Your version looks simple and practical, but still bat-like and those horns are a good way to show that he's top dog around here.
