I have a question, what art program did you use to make him? To me it looks like you used Adobe Illustrator, but I'm curious cause it looks like that to me and i was just wondering :3

Actually, I all of the drawing and coloring using Paint Tool SAI.
I used Adobe Photoshop for the type at the bottom and to get the transparent background. c:
