I don't think he rly was bleeding, I guess it's supposed to be ketchup and it just made for a good dramatic effect.
But then again I didn't try to get behind the exact reasoning idk

Yeah I hear a lot of what it could be..
1 being that he is actually human since he is the only one that bled. And thats why he wears such heavy clothing like the jacket and gloves and he is the only skelly that has pupils
2 being that it was ketchup (when you say no to wanting any on your burg or fries, he drinks it)
3 is that it was DETERMINATION.

These are all the theories I just heard so who knows!

I think because he ate ketchup, some ketchup remains between his rips or inside of his jacket owo
