Playing around with Daz Studio 4.8 Pro, using the Aiko 6 figure, Aeon Soul's AlphaKini and Tau Ceti Overseer clothing, along with some latex Hardcore Utility Shaders, rendered in Nvidia iRay.She turned out very well, I like the darker skin against the lighter mechanical parts, and the indigo hair and accents.
She may show up later in one of my games....

I use the same i7 3770k / GTX 980 ti / GTX 780 / 32gb RAM rig that I rendered this with for gaming as well. Mainly playing Skyrim and Fallout, I like the open world games. I built it back in 2013 and it's kept up the pace nicely... overclocked to a very stable 4.2Ghz on air cooling. I'll probably add a GTX 1080 ti to this setup once they're available, and move the 780 over to my Xeon rig. The 3770k is within about 10% of the speed of a non-overclocked i7 7700k, so I don't see a need to upgrade yet. I have added newer SSDs and video cards over the life of the i7 system.
The big Xeon rig I built a few months ago for processor intensive rendering has dual Xeon E5 2790s (2.9 ghz octa-core / hypterthreaded), a GTX 780 and 64gb of RAM. 32 threads do great playing around with animations in Daz Studio rendered using 3Delight. The CPUs were fairly cheap, paid $180 for the pair used.

I am impressed.
I have an important question, I would like to game stream or shadow play with my nvidia shield portable however, I don't know if all the vendors (like msi, evga, etc.) Will all sell a reference card with the features.
Can I still game stream no matter what vendor sells the card or is there a specific vendor I must buy from in order to obtain that function?
(I don't want to use splash strean because the software isn't necessarily, "stable" you know?)

Game streaming on Nvidia is by the video card drivers. Just use the Nvidia drivers instead of the vendor custom ones if you have a problem. Steam supports streaming using just about any vendor's video card, but is more CPU intensive.
Setting the resolution on your PC to match your stream target will help reduce the CPU load and maximize the frame rate... scaling takes CPU/GPU power away.
For example, if you have a 4k monitor on your PC and a 1080p streaming target, set the PC to 1920x1080 instead of the 3840x2160 resolution of your monitor.
Or a 1080 monitor on the PC and a 720 streaming target...
The new AMD Ryzen CPUs look very good, and much better priced than Intel. I might just build a Ryzen setup for my next system, if it will support Windows 7 at all... I'm still on 7 for my big systems. I'll probably stick with the Nvidia GPU though, but the AMD Vega GPU does look to be pretty fast...

The last time I heard was that windows 7 won't have any driver support for the Ryzen CPUs.
So let me get this straight, as long as it says "Geforce GTX (whatever card it is as long as it is above the 900m GPU series like the 980 ti as you mentioned before)", I can still gamestream no matter what vendor sells it?

Should be able to, yes. GTX 650 or higher, so if you have, say, a GTX 770, it should do just fine.

Storage: 1TB
MPCI-E to HDMI cable to connect to GPU dock
As far as it goes to the power supply, perhaps a 750w will be enough.

Thanks! Aeon Soul's work is very well textured and detailed... I think the simplicity of the solid gray skin and latex textured hair add a nice contrast. The shape detail of the figure still comes through the latex skin as well.
