Game uses graphics (inline images), but does not require graphics to play. Change graphics can be disabled if you like, for readability. Max and gynoid purchase code by shadowaura.

Use the download link above to get the .gblorb file, open it with a z-machine interpreter to play.
Contains gynoid transformations, adult, transgender and mildly sexual themes.
New in version 29, released 4/9/2010: Fixed up some more logic bugs in attack descriptions and combat AI, added easter eggs for bunnies, added zap gun and enhanced gynoid grenade.
Note: Conversation with NPCs limited to asking about Cynthia, volunteering, gynoids or nanites, it will be added to in later updates.

Doing a search, it looks like I'm the only one that's posted gblorb files. There is a .taf interactive fiction game that was posted to Resources & Stock Images/Misc., so that's the category I was using. There are a few other interactive fiction posts.
I've had a lot of positive response to the game, and hope that the deviantART admins will add a category for it. I've submitted a request to the dA help desk.
