Description This is a birthday present for a friend (same guy I did the Discord pic for).

Pony/Doctor Who fans, if I got something wrong let me know. I don't know much about this character ("Doctor Whooves"/Time Turner), or the character he is based on (Doctor Who).

You did an amazing job on it, and I'm pretty sure that is his name for now,
They went with derpy instead of ditzy because of the fan-base (minus the following epidemic) so I figure that's his name now XD
Either way, fantastic work on the shading and the overall look of him!
