This is a birthday present for a friend (same guy I did the Discord pic for).Pony/Doctor Who fans, if I got something wrong let me know. I don't know much about this character ("Doctor Whooves"/Time Turner), or the character he is based on (Doctor Who).

This is really good, I personally think you did well with Dr. Whooves' pose. The addition of the tie makes him look even more awesome, whether you added it yourself, or, you were asked to, maybe, I suppose. :3
You know, I still need to watch Doctor Who. I hear it's amazing, and I can at least say the intros of all the seasons look and sound cool. :0
