Description
This is a birthday present for a friend (same guy I did the Discord pic for).Pony/Doctor Who fans, if I got something wrong let me know. I don't know much about this character ("Doctor Whooves"/Time Turner), or the character he is based on (Doctor Who).

Eleven wore bow ties, Ten wore neckties. And Doctor Whooves resembles Ten more, so this is slightly more accurate. Even though Whooves has never worn any sort of tie, as much as I can remember.
