I couldn't agree with you more. Out of all the battles, this one stuck with me the most. I often find myself looking back on it for inspiration. As a person who appreciates atmosphere. I loved this room so much and it's design and could imagine Dark watching your every step from beneath the water before striking.
As for Twilight Princess, you are completely right. I would've loved to see you face off with Dark as wolves or something along those lines. Just any fight at all, rather than him only making cameo in that fever dream cut scene about the fused shadows.

I have heard that there should have been a Dark Link fight in Twilight Princess
but before the game was released they cut this fight out of the game and no one knows why.
I am not sure if this is true or not, but if it is...I am even more pissed then -.-

All the more reason for us to be upset honestly. Wishing there had been an encounter, ONLY for there to MIGHT HAVE been an encounter that they just didn't feel the need to add in. Damn it all~ xD

Totally agree with you on that! But hey, maybe in the next Zelda game .
After all Nintendo seems to know that Dark Link has many fans out there.
Haven't played it myself, but I have heard that Dark Link is in Hyrule Warriors.

Maybe who knows, I mean they did go through the trouble of adding an outfit for him in BOTW. Which I will shamelessly say I killed many a monster with no hesitation in order to obtain xD

Haven't played BOTW yet so I can't really say anything to that .
But at least it looks like Nintendo is paying more and more attention to the Dark Link fans.

Oh! That's right, I have seen that. Cia summons them. I was hoping as a playable character though like they did with the second spin off of HW where they made all kinds of characters playable~

Oh I will, I just don't have the money for a switch and the game right now
and I need to wait for christmas and my birthday to get enough money, since
I also don't have a job right now *sighs*. Sometimes I feel like such a loser

Would be so cool to play as Dark Link, but I still prefer a game in which he is the last boss
instead of Ganondorf being the big bad here. Majora's Masl showed us that this can work,
since this was a Zelda game without Ganondorf, without Zelda and even without the Master Sword.
