My favourite fanfiction. Though it's quite close with "The World I Leave Behind" by NES85

"A Stranger In A Unholy Land" was written by Jono (aka serpent sorcerer) and is complete though its sequel is not, due to the events that caught on the author's life (He's now a dad so I've heard).

Summary: Harry woke up in the middle of a field armed to the teeth and then arrested by Aurors for multiple brutal murders, tortures, coercions and for being the Dark Lord's most loyal servant. Confused, he thinks this is all a complicated scheme by Voldemort to get him mad and Harry refuse to believe that his parents are alive, the existence of his "sister" and that he is a Death Eater.
What he doesn't realize is that it is not a scheme, but an alternate universe in which he possessed the body of his double. While haunted by the terrible faint memories of the stolen body that seemed out of control, he had to learn to survive in a world where everyone wanted him dead and where Voldemorts had suspicions about his precious henchman strange behaviour...

It is a very long fanfic. It is as big or bigger than the fifth book. It's rated M for violence and some sexual references (nothing to shock anyone) and it is heavily action packed.

It's also the first time I draw directly on the computer, Yay! *claps*
