Ernst Stuhlinger's 1957 ion-drive spacecraft from Disney's "Mars and Beyond" segment of Tomorrowland.Ship was modeled in Blender 3D using blueprints from the Spaceship Handbook by Hagerty. Image of Mars is from NASA.

Thanks Drell-7, that's high praise coming from you.
I did try to capture the feel, though they are probably spaced a little to close. The little acorn thingy at the bottom is the nuclear reactor, which is dangerously radioactive. Lead shielding makes the ship have too much mass, distance works as well and has no mass penalty. That's why the boom is so long.
The point is that you have to keep your distance from your neighbor ships as well.
