Description
This piece I made for my step dad as a sympathy gift when my step-grandfather passed away. It took roughly two weeks and is made completely out of paper. The piece is somewhere between 1½ to 2½ feet square... I didn't measure it before I gave it away.
The sakura branch and flowers were done in the "quilling" method, and the butterflies are all origami.
As an interesting note, I don't use special tools for quilling, I do every bit by hand.
