It's LONG!! fair warning. xD; Took me quite a few hours to complete. Another project I just got wound up in and had to complete. Now I can move on to other things easier. xD;
I hope it's helpful, never done a tutorial before... oO;

edit: xD;; I was informed the sizing was wrong before for the hand. I realized my mistake, the hand was held too high. It's fixed now... sorry about that!!!

Sorry that I have to say something, but:
There is only one muscle in the hand (the thumb's). The muscles that actually move the fingers are in the lower arms. There are just bands and skin on the bones of the hand.

Actually, I have to correct rideronthestorm. there are several muscles in the hand, especially in the palm. it's true that there are muscles in the arm that control movement above, but all that those muscles control are the actual hand, to raise or lower it. I took anatomy last semester for my nursing training, and we were schooled on all the muscles in the body. There are abductor and adductor muscles all over the place, and there's a special muscle for the index finger called pollicus indicus.
So don't worry, you were right after all!
