For :devcelestial_angel1:- her char Talu. She paid me the $10 for the help back at Christmas. This is the finished piece! Hope you likey hun!

Talu is a mutant, she has premonitions, suffice it to say- they don't make her very happy, nor relaxed since most of them are rather tragic.

Oh, and she's a Chinese crested.
edit: I did some changes on the ears a bit and tail after looking at some more refs and added some skin marks. thx.
