Description First piece I've done in like 3 years. I sorta stopped doing my art for a while, I don't know why. I guess I was just too preoccupied with film school and trying to get a job, and it's hard to find inspiration when you're frustrated. I've had this little idea floating around in my head for many years, and finally last night on Christmas Eve; sorta out of boredom, I decided to finally draw it out, so I stayed up all night doing. It's done completely with Prismacolor pencils.

Gotta say, feels good as heck drawing again. I forgot how much I love art and how gratifying it is to create art. Sooo...whatcha think?

WOW! This is amazing. I wish I knew how to color well with colored pencils : (. I definitely love the futuristic-ness of it but it's mostly all the pretty colors and shading that really caught my attention! This is great!

Thank you so much, I'm glad there are others who have the same appreciation of robots as I do. I was beginning to think I was a rare breed. I plan on doin a few more robot pieces, so stay tuned...

what an excellent story to have been depriving yourself of the arts and return to it after so long...especially with such great results! This is absolutely lush (especially those hills in the bg, sort of want to drop into them) and I really appreciate the attention to detail and colour.
