Had to consult with the missus, her being the Sailor Moon expert in the family. The design left me a little uh.... at a loss for words around the breast area, or should I say the decoration on the top over the breasts
I do believe the Japanese found a way to show nipples on US television without actually showing nipples 
All that aside, as others have said, your art style on this is reminiscent of Sakimichan, however there is just enough of your own flare and style to set it apart as yours. And for that, job well done
