If you have the Paint program, you can ever so slightly alter the pixel ratio by pressing Ctrl and then E

I've gavein all the frames an invisable border of about 1 pixel all the way around to increce there overall size, try rebilding the avatar using them using them

when pieced together as a GIF the full file size should be a bit lower then with all the images seperitly, but if the file size is still 2 big then I can think of only 2 ways to fix it
1) reduce the quality of each frame, by doing this there file sizes should also go down, but the frames may not look as good afterwords
2) Delete some of the frames from the GIF, this will make the GIF's file size lower, but the downside is part of the avatar will be missing some frames
