This is the print that I did for Emerald City Comic Con 2010. it is an exclusive print and will only be sold there so far as i know the print run will be limited to 250.More info : [link]
I have been trying to make my characters a bit more fashionable when they are not in fighting uniform and if I had more time i would do many pieces like this.
The city in the BG is Seattle. This Chun Li is a bit more on the cute side, more alpha ish that saw 3 where she is more of a vixen.
The Pencil line arts for this will be for sale at the convention, and i made sure that it is a one of my best pencil pieces in a while. The BG is drawn on there as well.

A wonderful piece Omar. A lot of people think if you can draw anatomy then you can be a character artist, very few appreciate the effort required to clothe them right. It's nice to see Chun-Li in a more fun down to earth look, where she's not boasting legs with more muscle than a bison, or wearing some overly complicated dramatic outfit.
It's a nice detailed you've done which feels more natural and fun. Chun-Li at her cutest methinks. *favourites*

Well, since it's Chun Li I want to say her thighs should be huge-er, but I can see how that might detract from the whole feel of the picture.

Space Needle seems a lot more narrower and hamburger-ish. I thought that was a bit humorous. Great piece.

Her strap confuses me... it looks like it should be thrown over her shoulder with how and wear the bag is hanging, but it's not.
Also... well, you're kinda mixing winter and spring fashion @_@ I'm all for Chun Li in fashionable attire, but you miiight want to check out some fashion mags
The background blows me away, as your backgrounds always do. But... read some fashion magazines XD Your work is stunning, so I'd hate to see it lose its effect because of something like fashion, haha.

Maybe youre not familiar with japanese fashion they mix everything up.
This is tame compared to much of what is out there. i know Chun Li is chinese, but im partial to japanese fashion.

when i get to work, ill find the page, but this for me is still a huge improvement over my older stuff.
Those mags really help because they show how the clothing is made. I will keep trying to improve though.

BTW its page 54 and 55 in the CanCam magazine 2009 december, the pose i got from page 55 and the set up was a variation of page 54 first panel.
