Personality: He’s very easygoing and rarely takes things seriously, much to the chagrin of his younger brother, who makes him out to be a worthless deadbeat. Octavius is the kind of guy who likes to take things easy. While his brother is an organized hothead who likes to play it off like he’s more civilized than most, Octavius is on par with “hippies” or “beatniks” in mentality and prefers to siesta rather than battle. Despite coming off as slow or perhaps even stupid at times, he’s got an odd penchant for being insightful and even wise at the strangest times. Though he takes his time gathering information about others, he’s often aloof and closed-lipped about himself and his past. However, there are times when he’s had to prove himself in battle, and actually is quite strong despite his apathetic personality. He also has a high alcohol tolerance and considers being in a constant state of inebriation to be medicinal.

Trivia:
Although he’s a fairly wise and grounded individual, he has a terrible time remembering names and will often mispronounce or even completely mess up names.
He and Flavius have never really gotten along. Well, it’s more like Flavius has trouble adjusting to him. Flavius tends to take things very seriously, especially his work for the adventurers guild. Octavius, by definition, simply does not take things seriously. Everything is easily shrugged off, especially hard work, a fact that Flavius has always found infuriating about his brother.
He likes reggae music, and oldies like The Beatles and Billy Joel
Out of the three eevee brothers, he is likely the one with the most power and potential, but lacked the motivation to do much with it. He still has no idea what he wants to evolve into, if at all, and if he does, what he’ll do from there. While everyone else already had life goals, Octavius simply does not.
He was captured by a girl whom exclusively trained only eevee. At first, he had thought she was just enthusiastic about eevee without realizing she was training them with the goal in mind to evolve them all into whatever she wanted them to be. She was always so kind to him; allowing him out of his pokeball whenever he wanted, taking the time to brush out his fur and even taking him to the pokesalon in Goldenrod City every week. It wasn't until the word "happiness evolution" came up in conversation that he really started to worry. When he finally saw the writing on the wall that she was aiming to evolve him into an umbreon, he turned tail and ran as soon as he could.
