Just a note, this is my first critique so I'm sorry if it is not very decent. Also I'm using my own opinion of what the stars mean, not what DA defines them as.
Vision: Overall, the photograph is a wonderful view of nature that is quiet breath taking.
Originality: I give a 3 because its a nature photo and as much as I love nature photos and think they are the most beautiful, they are the most hard to be original with since there are only so many photos of mountains that can be taken before people start going its just another mountain.
Technique: I give a 4 because although the photo is beautiful, the sky looks cut off short and limits the contrast that could have been on the trees in the mid ground. The creek however is a wonderful redeemer to most of the missing contrast and even gives more of the sky and shows clouds in it that aren't visible else were giving an extra layer to the landscape.
Impact: I give a 5 because the land seems incredibly serene and having hiked in the mountains before looking at this makes me almost remember the fresh air.
