How do you do your artwork?

1st step: coffee, pencil and avoidance of things I need to be doing
2nd step: scanning, cropping and sometimes colour choosing
3rd step: playing on photoshop forever trying to find the best way to line and colour it
4th step: motivation to stick it out until the details and shading is done.
I hate shading -mainly because I'm not very good at it... oh well, the more I do it the better it is.
