Description
This was a sort-of midterm last semester. The idea was to do something abstract in a 3-d realm, and I did. It's an homage of sorts to videogames, SWG in particular. The thing behind the rancor is what I like to call the "portal".THIS WAS TAKEN ON MY FRIEND'S DIGITAL CAMERA. I WILL HAVE IT PROFESSIONALLY SCANNED LATER.

That's a cool idea... hadn't even heard of that mod. Although I do remember that part of the single player. That rancor was flipping awesome. When I drew this i was really heavily into star wars galaxies and I was kinda thinking about the portal into the game world of Dathomir where I'd hunt rancors with my T21 heavy sniper rifle.

I never made it past this one level (in Jedi Academy) where you have to go through this factory (or something like that) that was supposed to be in a mountain or volcano and you had to deactivate bombs.... something along those lines, I don't remember.

The rancor's left hand thumb looks a bit unnatural....but that could just be atributed to the fact Rancors have thumbs like that.

yeah, it is supposed to look like that. I drew it from a 3D model courtesy of star wars galaxies. It's more talon-ish than anything else.
btw, I'm 19 and i'm part of that 2%. No sig change here though
