and as I lay there
thinking of times gone past
I look into her eyes
my heart starts to race
out of control
my breathing goes erratic
and I stuff my face into the pillow
and as I pull it away
I see her..
shes looking right into my eyes
her hand reaches out
and she caress's my face
her hands so soft
so warm, so comforting...
it makes me melt inside...
it feels like she is touching my soul
the excitement grows
as I pull her close
its 4 am, and I don't want this to end
I hold her tight
and she holds me back
I open my eyes again
and there she is..
those beautiful brown eyes
how they peer into my soul
making my emotions ramped
she leans forward
and I a little closer
fraction by fraction..
and then,
as if the stars are aligned
and everything is perfect
our lips meet, with an upmost passion
the electricity flows
I cannot catch my breath
my heart is going crazy
I pull away...
"im going to hyper-ventilate.." I say
I stuff my face into the pillow again...
I feel my heart, wanting to jump out my chest
all these emotions...
everything coming full circle...
the lights dimmed out
we cuddle closer, and closer yet
I've never held someone so close
as I drifted off to sleep
looking into those beautiful brown eyes...
knowing what she felt, knowing what I felt
I wake up from the morning suns rays warmth on my face...
these feelings still in my heart
I reach for her.. and I am all alone
but this night, I shall remember
and cherish forever...
memories of her in my heart forever...
a love forbidden, and limited to grow
but when the time is right
we will both know..
things will come full circle...
